Kam recently joined Pit Stop from an international forestry company, where he was the Accountant for the Log Supply division for the last 2 years.
Kam successfully turned around the profitability of the Log Supply division by way of applying modern cost allocation theory to the business. He subsequently improved the inventory processes as well as created efficiencies in the month end process. Kam also significantly improved the forecasting data, where he was able to determine deficiencies within the financial model.
Kam completed his BComm in Accounting from the University of Northern BC. He finished at the top of his class, where he was rewarded the Accounting Teaching Assistant position in his final year of undergraduate studies. He subsequently completed his CPA, CMA designation in 2015. Kam will be commencing his Accelerated MBA studies from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario from January 2018.
In his spare time, Kam enjoys swimming which he does on a daily basis.
