Total Sanitation Services Expands Its Footprint to Western Canada with the Acquisition of Pit Stop Portables
We are excited to formally announce that effective Aug 1, 2023, Pit Stop Portables (est 2005) has joined forces with Total Sanitation Services Ltd. This transaction aligns with our belief that companies must continuously grow to provide best in class service to their customers and greater opportunities particularly for the employees, and to stay competitive in an ever-evolving world. Our new partnership with Total Sanitation Services allows us to broaden our portable toilet rental units, washroom trailers, liquid sewage waste hauling, and solid waste disposal management offerings throughout Western Canada and beyond.
We are confident and thrilled for what the future holds as we become part of the Total Sanitation Services Team across Canada. With our shared values, along with our mission of providing Clean, Dependable Service; and the connection of a locally managed and owned business will only be strengthened with this acquisition. It is important to note that as the founders of Pit Stop Portables; both Barry Glotman and I have reinvested in the new combined business of Total Sanitation Services; continuing to believe in the vision and future of being the leader and best in our industry. In addition, I will continue in the role as President of Pit Stop Portables and the brand equity of Pit Stop will remain the same.
