Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

The Sales & Customer Experience Specialists are responsible for following call center policy and procedures including meeting call center standards, employee sales, improving quality service (Customer Excellence) and accomplishing organizational goals.

The role will be focused on growing our business and will be responsible for becoming experts in identifying challenges that our existing and prospective customers face and work collaboratively with the team to execute strategies to secure and close new business while providing our Customers with the best experience possible.

Our products are portable washroom facilities, executive washroom trailers, septic holding tanks, roll-off waste containers and various add on items.

What your day will look like:

  • Work directly with customers via telephone (incoming & outgoing calls), and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
  • Educate customers on product offerings and services
  • Follow up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
  • Identify customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via upsell of additional products and/or services and obtain customer commitment/ signoff.
  • Meet departmental sales goals consistently
  • Complete continuous product education to improve customer service
  • Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
  • Complete outgoing quotes/bids in a timely manner

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Develop and build customer relationships while maintaining a high standard of customer service to the region/area
  • Experience working with TRUX (custom software) considered a strong asset
  • Background in CSR/Sales roles; post secondary education in related field considered an asset

PUMP TRUCK DRIVER - Coquitlam, BC

Pump Truck Driver

As a confident and personable individual, the pump truck driver is responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty septic/vacuum truck to perform assigned duties on designated routes. This position is responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers, while complying with all local, provincial, and federal transportation regulations and with company policies.

What your day will look like:

  • Performing Pre- and Post- trip vehicle inspections of assigned vehicle
  • Operating a septic vacuum service vehicle while servicing portable toilets throughout a designated route.
  • Follow routes assignments and make sound decisions on prioritizing tasks
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service to all customers
  • Complete all documents while checking in at the end of the shift
  • Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
  • Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are being followed i.e. having proper PPE, ensuring the vehicle is equipped with the proper equipment such as a dolly and straps.
  • Safely operate our vehicles with a professional attitude, obey posted speed limits, and be a courteous driver

The position is full time, with varying start times and varying days, 40 hours and seasonal overtime as we are a 7 day operation. Weekend work may involve working split shifts, depending on our customer’s time lines. MECHANICS HELPER - Coquitlam, BC

Mechanic Helper

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the mechanics with maintaining our preventative maintenance program, repair, and diagnosis of our truck and trailer fleet.

Safety is key in our business and the maintenance team plays a crucial role in maintaining both personal and vehicle safety. The Mechanics Helper is an entry-level position used primarily for performing preventative maintenance services on all equipment and performing minor repairs that they are qualified to perform. Training for this individual will be provided along with establishing the company safety culture, housekeeping and team expectations. Experience and working with other power tools and some welding would be an asset. Apprenticeship for heavy Duty Mechanic opportunity may be offered based on performance.

Delivery Truck Driver

As a confident and personable individual, the Roll Off truck driver is responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty Roll Off truck to perform assigned duties on designated routes. This position is responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers, while complying with all local, provincial, and federal transportation regulations and with company policies.

What your day will look like:

  • Possessing a valid Class 1 or 3 with air breaks driving license
  • Operating a single axel and or tandem/tridem Roll Off vehicle while servicing Roll Off containers throughout a designated route. Service includes delivery, service and removal of roll of containers based on the customer needs.
  • Performing Pre- and Post- trip vehicle inspections of assigned vehicle
  • Following proper loading, dumping and unloading procedures.
  • Ensure the cargo securement policy is being followed.
  • Possessing an excellent knowledge of the city and its surrounding area.
  • Assessing routes and making sound decisions on prioritizing and tasks to efficiently service customers.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service to all customers
