Rosa…more than just a wealth of knowledge. With over 25 years Customer Experience, Marketing; in the Waste and Telecommunications; throughout her years, she has gained intense training, skills, and experience, as an Inside/Outside Sales Specialist, Corporate Accounts Representative, Team Leader and Manager of a very successful Sales Team.
Rosa, believes in providing excellent Customer Service and support in every single call or interaction with a customer; going above and beyond when providing services to all, specially to an unhappy client; as she loves solving problems.
In her spare time, Rosa believes in giving to the community and volunteers for the local seniors connect program, which provides wellness calls to seniors in her community. She has completed various training courses for volunteering programs that include, Understanding Strong Emotions, Dementia, Psychological First Aid and others.
Rosa has many passions, such as spending time with her family, she loves cooking, hiking, camping, gardening, hunting, reading and writing, playing drums and jamming with team band members, playing PS5 games, she also wishes she’d been a Geologist.
